January 2011-May 2013 Business Manager of Keystone Singers; Millersville, PA
The business managers of Keystone Singers are asked to handle all of the non-musical tasks that our choir requires. The fields that I am in charge of include fundraising and our own version of “human resource management.” I am in charge of gathering and keeping all information on our members for trips and other activities. I have also put together fundraisers so our group can purchase choir polo-shirts and go on a singing tour of Philadelphia.
August 2010-August 2012 Instructor, Rock and Roll After School; Phoenixville, PA
During summer and winter- - - breaks, I teach general voice and beginner piano lessons to students between the ages of 8 and 17. On weekends, I am a substitute “Band Coach” where kids learn how to play in a rock band through a typical “School of Rock” method. Furthermore, during the summer I am a councilor at their three-week long summer camp program.

I am in charge of all of the employees working in the position that I am assigned to on a shift-by-shift basis, such as Concession, Usher, Box Office, Hawking Cart, etc. I assign cleaning chores, break times, and inventory tasks to my employees.
